I Might Be Getting a Promotion

In this case it is not really anything that I did, but instead the path has been opened up by a trail of screw ups in upper hierarchy of my department. In truth unless they go out looking far and wide, I am the obvious choice for at least one of the openings. My immediate supervisor just had a real breakdown and threw a punch at his boss, it landed clean and some people claim a tooth flew out. The guy he hit self destructed five days later with a Salt Lake City escort service involved. He and this really beautiful girl were in a rental car, apparently he was drunk enough that he did not want to go through a DWI checkpoint, but when they catch you turning around they chase you. Like a fool he panicked and ended up fleeing up some mountain road. The girl got scared and pulled the keys from the ignition, threw them out of the car and waited for the police. He jumped out and tried to run through the wilderness in the night. Continue Reading

The Office Looks a Bit Smaller

The company that I work for had to do a little restructuring due to economic trouble. Some people were fired in order to save money, but my boss called it downsizing and cost reduction. I think the only reason that I wasn’t fired was because I was able to convince my boss that the company could hire a corporate secretary in Singapore after he decided to let the existing secretary go. He liked my suggestion, and I hope that it was enough to let me keep my job for a few more years at least.

The people who weren’t lucky enough to survive the restructuring weren’t too happy about it. They had to suddenly start looking for a new job. I know how that feels, having been let go from a company before, and I’m glad that it didn’t happen to me. When I came into work after the restructuring, the office seemed a lot quieter. I Am Planning a Party for a Bunch of Rich Boys

Honestly it is a lot better than it was when we were in college. Those guys wanted me to pledge their frat back then, but I did not have time for that. I figured I could party and chase girls without them, and I had a girlfriend most of the time too. Frats get bogged down in more stupid crap than I like, but they paid me to tutor them all through college. Now I have a great job and they all seem to have come into their trust funds. So I have been pricing out Las Vegas blonde escorts for ‘Biff’. The plan they gave me was to find a girl who looks just like the bride to be, but a really dirty mind. I thought that would be a task, but if you have the budget then you can find pretty much what you are looking for. Continue Reading

I Sort of Have a New Girlfriend

I say that because it is always clear that I am not a priority, in fact I am really just an amusement. That would be okay for the most part, but it does become annoying when it is really obvious that Amelia cares a lot more about making money than she cares about me. I sort of think it is like this, her father was rich and then he went belly up for a time. She seems to have intensely disliked poverty and is determined not to experience it again. She is deeply involved in being a bitcoin trader and that sort of thing, rich people give her their money and she makes them richer. In fact it seems as though she does almost nothing else at times. I woke up in the middle of the night and found her sitting in front of six computer monitors wearing nothing save a nightie. She never noticed me as she was focused on making a huge trade on the Shanghai stock market. Continue Reading

I Needed My Ex to Help Me out

The last thing I thought I would need to learn about Austin TX was where to find the best attorney. I have had dreams of the perfect family since I was a child, but sadly reality often does not live up to dreams. I found myself divorced with three young children and a deadbeat ex who would not help me financially. He was great about seeing the kids every other weekend and taking them out to eat, to amusement parks, and buying them all sorts of toys and gadgets, but he did not contribute to their basic needs at all.

I was responsible for a mortgage, utilities, insurance, transportation, food and other daily needs, and so much more. I was drowning because he would not help me at all. I was grateful the kids had a good relationship with him, but I was nearing the end of my rope. I finally decided to contact a lawyer because I needed child support before I lost everything.
